Shipping Policy
Products Sold
We sell a range of high-quality products, including ColourJot Templates, watercolors, gouache, watercolor art journals, and brushes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 per order.
Important Note about Shipping Methods
We are unable to ship by letter mail as it does not offer tracking or proof of delivery. Without these features, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and there is no way to verify successful delivery. We believe this can be too risky for our valued customers. All shipments will include tracking to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time.
Shipping Damage or Issues
If your shipment appears damaged upon arrival, we recommend inspecting it before signing for it. If there is obvious damage caused during shipping, we advise refusing the shipment and contacting the carrier immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit by the carrier. However, we’ll do everything we can to support you in resolving the matter.

Return and Exchange Policy
We aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If anything falls short of your expectations, here’s how our return process works:
When Returns Are Accepted
Damaged Products
If your product arrives with noticeable damage, please inspect it immediately and contact us.
Incorrect Items
If an item was shipped to you in error, please get in touch with us right away.
Resolution: We will happily replace defective items or products sent in error or issue a credit for these cases.
Additional Returns
If you’d like to return an item for reasons outside of defects or errors, these returns are subject to approval at our discretion and must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused and in saleable condition.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase (date shown on your invoice).
- Returns are subject to a $20 handling and restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
Prior Approval Required: All returns require prior approval. Please contact our Shipping Department to arrange your return, as returns will not be processed without approval and proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt).
Note on Damaged Shipments
For any shipments damaged in transit, you must contact the carrier directly to file a damage claim, as we cannot be held responsible for such issues.
